    They sure are!

You've got a fan club now, Amina.

My mom is even thinking of joining this forum now, when she gets online. She's starting to take a real interest in her roots now because of the food and the pics of Algeria on this site
She's a bit shy when it comes to the internet though.

Right, I'd better be off now and make this bread!

    Salam

    Talking Yeah! I done it!

The bread's made and it's cooling on a rack.

I've just tasted some, it's a meal in itself!
It's a lovely pale golden colour inside too and smells great, a slight 'creamy?' odour to it too.

It's quite heavy bread (or is that just my cooking skills?), definitely not a bread for wimps like that ready sliced low cal stuff

That was my first attempt, and I'm gonna make some more.

Hint to anyone making this- Use quite a large baking tray.

I can't type anymore just yet, my arms hurt after kneading the dough for 1/2 hour

I recommend this to anyone reading here, it's quite easy to make too

Waw that sounds good, well done!

You are so good at describing bread, aren't you?

Did you say you are making some more?? You want muscles??

Have you had other attempts at making Algerian food before?
