What do you mean she left? I didn't see her say that she was leaving. I know she's busy but did she really leave us???

I was dying to tell her about the lovely Algerian meal I cooked today too, and the fact that everyone is still OK after eating it

In fact I am sitting here, my keyboard covered in sugar, because I am munching on a big pile of tcharak which I made from Amina's recipe

Now that she's not here to tell how they came out no point in making

She may smell the cooking and come back
I learned a valuable lesson today, helpful hint. When you make the sugar syrup, and leave to cool. DON'T test it with your finger like I did
It was hotter than the sun and stuck to my finger like napalm , it still hurts.
