Ingredients for 6 servings
Dyoul 1 dozen
Hashed meat 300 g
Eggs 4 Butter
1 tablespoon
Hash parsley finely
Frying oil 1
Salt, Black pepper 1

Brown in butter the shopped onion with salt, add meat and black pepper.
Mix them well and let cook slowly during 15 min.
Make an omelet with eggs. Mix it with the hashed meat.
Add hash parsley when it cooked.
Separate the leaves of dyoul.
Put the extremity of each of her 1 tablespoon of the hash meat.
Bend the 2 sides opposed of the leaf to get a rectangle. Roll in the shape of cigar.
Deep fry the bourak in the hot oil. Drain and place on the absorbing paper.
Serve immediately.

For 2 Bricks:
* 2 sheets of filo or d'youl
* 3 medium potatoes
* 150 g tuna
* 2 eggs
* 1 lemon
* 1 shallot (or 1 small onion)
