Ingredients
For 3 people
* 1 kg fresh sardines
* 1/2 bouquet parsley
* 1/2 bouquet coriander
* 3 cloves of garlic
* Flour
* 2 lemons
* 1 teaspoon cumin
* 1 teaspoon paprika
* Oil
* Salt
Preparation
Clean the sardines open.
In a bowl, mix finely chopped parsley and coriander, crushed garlic, cumin, paprika, one lemon’s juice, and salt.
Put a bit of the mixture on one open sardine and cover with a second sardine.
Flour both sides, and fry in hot oil.
Serve hot and decorate with lemon slices.
