    * 1 teaspoon paprika

    Mix butter, salt, cumin, and paprika.

    spread the paste-like mixture on the meat. Oven cook with one glass of water.

    Spoon the meat with its own cooking juice from time to time so that the meat does not dry out.

    There is salt there, you didn't see it?

    mmm black pepper, yes forgot probably

    For carrots and foule side dishes there are various ways of cooking them. For example sometimes we steam foule and then add a bit of butter and salt and it's ready to eat

    Carrots cut into small pieces and boiled then sauteed in butter and cumin, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley if you want!

    Yes I love the crockery too I used to laugh when I was a kid and go out shopping with my mum and she would stop at every crockery shop!! I think I know the feeling now

    That's what my sister cooked for me this week end in addition to an excellent Chorba Frik. Had dinner while watching El Jazeera, almost thought I was in Algiers
