    Salam.

    Fajitas

1 1/2 pounds cut in half lengthwise...Skirt Steak (flank steak)
    2 tablespoons virgin olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
    1/2 teaspoon chili powder
    1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt and same amount of black pepper
    4 cloves garlic, pressed

2 red bell peppers, cut into 1/4-inch strips
1 green pepper cut the same
1 red onion cut in 1/4 silvers

    12 flour tortillas warmed
shredded cheese type as to your liking(best is monterey cheese)
1 1/2 cup of sour cream
    1/4 chopped cilantro leaves
1 1/2 cup of Guacamole (basically smashed avocados with a pinch of basil and lemon juice)

Combine all the marinades with the beef (you can substitute chicken, other meats, or just use veggies if you like)and leave to marinate for 2 hours in fridge. I've prepared this recipe with tuna before and it's very tasty.

Grill the meat, then add the peppers and onions to the pan.
And now stuff the tortillas with the meat mix, add a bit of shredded cheese, guacamole, sour cream, and lastly the cilantro chopped leaves. Remember this recipe is for 12 tortillas.

If you cannot find tortillas pre made, I'll tell you the recipe for those as well.

Salam y muchas gracias hermana Bushra Muy agradable de tu parte!

I can get the tortillas from the shop but I’d like to know how they are made as well! I found this link: http://www.geocities.com/NapaValley/7035/tortilla.html
Is it the right way of making them?

    Take care!

P.S. Do you prepare chicken fajitas the same way? Just substituting beef for chicken?

Salam. You're welcomed. The tortilla recipe/s are spot on. The best judge would be a Mexican grandmum . I personally prefer the 'Masa harina', mentioned in the website. Nothing beats the taste of corn tortillas.

Yes the chicken, tuna, even veggies can be left marinated and then cooked following the same recipe as above.
