    Algerian restaurants or grocery stores

    In America. Does anyone know of any Algerian restaurants, butchers or grocery stores?

    Where are you exactly. I know there are in New York City, Chicago, Washington DC, San Francisco, & Los Angeles.

    I'm in Los Angeles. I would be so happy to find one here! I miss the markets in France, especially the Halel charcuterie.

    But I'm also a food writer and cooking instructor, so it would be nice to know where the other ones in the States are located.

    I know the ones in Chicago. Restaurants: Cafe Tassili on 4342 N. Elston Ave 773-685-6773, Cafe Sahara ?, Cafe Zam Zam on 2960 N. Lincoln Ave 773-935-0100. Grocery Store: International Zabiha Market on 4348 N. Elston Ave 773-685-0698.
