    Hi all,

I'm looking for different kind of Rfiss, I know Tamina, Zrir, Rfiss Tounssi, Rfiss Zirawi, Bssissa, from East of Algeria.

yestarday I Prepared Rfiss zirawi, with Rougag (amina_imen posted how to prepar it for chakhchoukha), miel(honey) and butter (beurre).

In the East of algeria we serve it with "Lban" especially in the second day of wedding

Oh my, I know I shouldn't say this but how much I dislike L'ben. I just can't drink it or even milk.

You’re right, I think I should be brave and give it a try the next time I go back to Morocco insha Allah.
