    Talking

Yum Yum! we all love shawerma! here's the recipe:

    Ingredients:

2 Frozen chicken breasts (cut into very thin slices)
    1 can of sliced pickles
1 tablespoon of hail (i don't know what it's called in english but u put it in coffee)
2 tablespoons of Bharat (also don't know what it's called in english)
    1/2 tablespoon of cinamon
1/2 tablespoon of karawya (don't know what it's called in english but its the stuff that women make when a girl is pregnant)
    1 teaspoon pepper
1 cup of mayonaise mixed with mashed garlic
    2 tablespoons of salt
1 bag of pita bread (the big ones)

Put two tablespoons of cornoil in a pot and put the chicken in the pot after the oil heats up. Add the bharat and pepper. Stir the meat then add the salt. Stir some more and add the hail, karawya and cinamon. Stir until the meat is cooked. Take the bread and spread as much (or as little) of the mayonaise/garlic mixture as you want verically in the middle of the bread. Add the cooked meat on top of the mayonaise, then add the pickles. Roll up the bread and VOILA! Shawerma

ps: this is the syrian way of making it, i don't know if algerians do it differently...
