    INGREDIENTS:

    * 250 g flour

    * 500 ml milk

    * 250 ml water

    * 2 eggs

    * 2 tablespoons sugar

    * 1 tablespoon oil

    * 50 g butter, melted

    * 1 vanilla sugar

    * 1 tablespoon vinegar

    * Pinch of salt


    PREPARATION:

    Beat all ingredients together apart from flour.

    Put the flour in a big bowl and add mixture slowly, beating all the time. Leave to rest for 1/2 hr.


    The rest is obvious!


    Don't add the 2 tablespoons sugar if you want to stuff the pancakes with mincemeat! (spices to add to mince are in: http://www.algeria.com/forums/showth...?threadid=8661)
