tomina is an algerian sweet its sooo yumy for those who are not algerian or dont know it should tray it .
you need.
1cup samlina
1cup of sugar
2 cups of water
50 g of butter
how to make it
fray the samlina antell it turns into a brown colour
then remove it and put it into a bowl put the butter in and mixe it in leav it to cool and then in a nothet pan put the sugar and burn in it then put the water in and leave it for about 40 min antell it be comes in to a syrp
remove it when it cools pur it into the samilna mixture and mixe them well and you can decrated with whatevre and eat it its yumy.

It is made of Semolina preferably mid (moyen) there is fine, mid and thick. called number 2.
Hit a pan and pour semolina to toast, sir it from time to time until golden but not too dark (it should smell nice) do not let it cool, add butter, honey straight away, stir, pour into a flat dish with spoon flat it, decorate with cinnamon, you can also add few blanched almonds
It should be soft and very sweet not hard …it is a sweet for baby’s showers and a way to celebrate the newborn
Damya is right always honey never use sugar.
