Ok, here's a "TOP"sandwich filler :
INGREDIENTS:
1 can tuna ~ drained
Finely chopped onion
1 rib celery, finely chopped
Chopped green pepper
Mayonnaise/ Salad Cream
salt and pepper, to taste
PREPARATION:
Mix tuna, onion, celery, and green pepper with enough mayonnaise to hold ingredients .
Stir in salt and pepper to taste.
Spread tuna mixture on 4 slices of the rye bread.
Place in grill.
Serve with lettuce leaves and tomato and pickled gherkins.
