    Berber village name .. Morocco

    Salaam,
    I am trying to obtain the meaning of a Berber village in the Atlas mountains. The name is "Bou Maksel". I would appreciate any help.

    its not about aksel

    boumaksel = originaly BOU-MAGHSEL, Mean place of washing, probably it place where is water fall, and people use to go there for washing there large carpets

    Thank you for reply .. this has been hard to get meaning of, since Bou Maksel is very small village.
