    Water (abundent in golan heights ) is the next rare commodity in the Middle East . Israel captured the Golan heights (after provocations confirmed by Moshe Dayan and help from Eli cohen who was a respectable official in the syrian Governmnet (spy for Mossad ) it wont give it up unless another Hassan Nasrallah is in Syria (inshallah )
