What kind of reaction do you think it would provoke if a Muslim talked of crushing Christianity or Judaism or Buddhism or Hinduism - or any religion - in the same terms that Hirsi Ali uses about Islam?

well i haven't read the whole thing, but i get the crux of what she is trying to say- if this was a Muslim saying this kinda stuff in the UK - i do believe the new legislation about glorification of terrorism would most likely apply or incitment to racial/religious hatred -depending on the influence of the speaker.

i really feel sorry for her, has she seen a psychologist or mental health professional? i mean to blame a whole religion because your parents forced you into marrying a man not of your choice is really childish and shows the fact that you neither understand that religion and are too lazy to think otherwise. does she now hate men? and will she go round saying how barbaric that gender is? and how they were the bane of her misery? grow up

her family did not force her , she lied about her comfortable life in Kenya because she wanted to make money and sell books and reach the parliament in the Netherlands, and now that she was exposed she fled to America where many people like Daniel Pipes welcomed her with open arms , they have something in common : Islamophobia .
