Sorry dont quite catch your drift? Yes am in the UK, so whats the mystery?

I guess the mystery is that your IP address is showing that you are in another country in Europe.

I guess its showing me in the Netherlands? When actually i am in UK. For your information i am at work, i am medical professional for a international health care trust, our head office is in the Netherlands.
Are you always this intimidating? Maybe i will log on tonight from home and you can trace my IP then, Would that make you happy?

No I don't, it is routine to check IPs, we get many attempted registrations by spammers / scammers using proxies. I did not abuse you, I merely pointed something out, that's all. You can see for yourself what your IP information is.

Screening IPs keeps this site clean, it keeps out a lot of problems that you and other members really wouldn't want to see here. Occasionally a rogue individual gets in, we deal with that as and when it happens.

No need to feel 'intimidated' as that was not my tone at all. And if you've been reading for two years, you should have some idea of the problems that can arise on a site, and why checks are made.

Yes, i understand, but you have obviously looked into my IP and assumed " heres another troublemaker". My IP is Netherlands as i said, but thats because of the intranet system at work, even when i use google etc, its always the dutch pages that appear until i reset them.
But what bothers me is that i have registered as being in UK and you have broadcasted to everyone that my IP does not suggest so. What was the point in that? what if for example i was on holiday over there? or as the truth be told our IT sytems are linked to the Netherlands.
I dont like your approach sorry- you have suggested i am a liar from the very first post i have posted.
