w/salam, ya Karen,
Word in the souk is that Mayissa may be back tomorrow, so if you can be patient just a little longer I am sure that she'll answer your supplementary question as well as she can.

I forgot to mention, the common wealth has moved from London to Milton Keynes. And is now £28 per document.

Your Children with your husband should not affect your marriage in Algeria, however I would advise to also provide your children’s birth certificates as well as certified and translated into French/Arabic in Algeria as you can register them into the Family Book in Algeria which you will need when making your application for your husbands spouse visa, I am afraid I do not know much about Paternity tests but this will come in extremely handy when making your application for a Visa.....In regards to the Mosque marriage use this as evidence of an on going relationship but it is not considered a legally binding marriage in either Algeria nor the UK. There might not be a possibility of him immediately returning to the UK when you make your application, so you might have to return without him. I suggest you speak to a legal advisor in your area you can get this information from the CAB office local to you. If you need any further help let me know
