    do not go crazy by counting calories, just keep in mind what is good for you when you think about losing weight after eating Christmas or Eid delicious extra treats.

    Rice cakes with slices of banana on top to stop my crave throughout the day and filling to.

    yes, i really like fruit, easy to make small portions and very tasty too.

    I munch on low calorie cereal , without milk ( in front of the tv ), it is maybe a bad habit but I love it
