Concepts scientifiques en langue arabe

Dimanche 22 Avril 2007 -- Des spécialistes réunis hier à l’université de Bouzareah se sont penchés sur la problématique du concept scientifique dans la langue arabe. Les participants présents ont précisé que l’une des principales problématiques pour ce qui est du développement de la langue arabe est le concept scientifique.

Selon le directeur du laboratoire de traduction de l’université d’Alger, il s’agit de prendre en charge tous les aspects du problème en vue de préparer les conditions nécessaires aux chercheurs pour qu’ils aient la possibilité d’exposer les problématiques. A cet effet, il est fait appel à trois laboratoires. Il s’agit de celui chargé de l’analyse du discours de l’université de Tizi-Ouzou, le laboratoire de traduction et du concept de l’université d’Alger ainsi que le laboratoire des études phonétiques. Ceci alors que la question du concept intéresse quatre équipes au niveau des laboratoires cités plus haut. De cette rencontre, les spécialistes sortiront avec des recommandations parmi lesquelles l’organisation d’une rencontre nationale sur le thème du concept dans la langue arabe et la réalité de son utilisation en Algérie.

Toutefois, les présents mettront l’accent sur l’inexistence d’organismes chargés de la coordination entre les différents travaux réalisés sur les concepts. Comme ils dénonceront l’absence de liaison entre le secteur économique, les chercheurs et l’université. Il s’agit, selon les spécialistes, de la standardisation du volet technologique qui est ignorée alors que celle du volet économique est «importée». Ainsi, les efforts consentis actuellement concernent le regroupement des travaux des chercheurs dans ce domaine ainsi que la sensibilisation des autorités concernées alors qu’un intervenant dénoncera l’absence de volonté politique pour la prise en charge du problème.

Dimanche April 22, 2007 -- specialists brought together yesterday at the university in Bouzareah are leaning on the problems of the scientific concept in the Arab language. The participants present specified that one of the principal problems as regards the development of the Arab language is the scientific concept.
