I'm biased only because I have connections in Japan, but the absolute most wonderful green tea in the world comes from Japan - "matcha". In addition to the North African varieties, if you live near a big city that has a "Chinatown," it's fun to also go there -- especially the Korean stores, and ask around for "matcha" from Japan. It's no more expensive than bulk coffee in most cases.

mashallah great news! I'd like to switch to green tea now-
It seems as if one fails to conceive
The meaning my name strives to achieve
To a biological form you cannot relate-
Because a reproductive cell is a gamete not gamate!
It means to unite, -to become consolidated
So without me in a.com, is there hope we'd be amalgamated?

Green Tea Salt
Was wandering the aisles of a Korean mega-grocery store today and found this to try out:
Green Tea Salt - MIL LIM INDUSTRY
If salt "preserves" us and green tea "heals" us, what can be better than the two together?
