Yes, I have a big book that reprints maps made by a portuguese or spanish traveller in around 1650-60. The borders of Algeria at that time were similar to those of 1816... I need to get a digital camera, take a picture and post it.

When I get a chance I will do it.

The map seems to be in high resolution. The size limit of the pictures is 100K right? what was the format of the picture you uploaded?

Salaam Mohovitch. The picture is a jpeg but that doesn't matter. You can use Photobucket.com or Imageshack.us to upload high res images then post them as you wish.
