thank you
I am doing research for my historical novel, partially based in Algiers in the late 17th century. These links are very helpful, as well as fascinating.
If you have any other resources or links about this era, I would really appreciate them. My main sources at the moment are "Algiers in the Age of the Corsairs" by William Spencer and "The Story of the Barbary Corsairs" by Lane-Poole and Kelley - and a lot of googling!
