August 28, 2009 -- Graphic artists and comic book fans are in the Tunisian town of Tazarka, Nabeul province, this week for the 13th international comic strip festival, TAP reported on Thursday (August 27th). The event, set to run through August 29th, features training workshops and exhibitions from Algeria's Nassreddine Ghezali, Domy Meunier of Belgium, France's Marc Gioditch and other artists.
