no, I haven't heard of that one -- sorry. Try googling it. I tried but the spelling may be wrong (or they may be a missing accent somewhere
). But so long as we're on the subject of proverbs....... 
here are some 3arabi ones:

Those were Syrian proverbs I got from this website.

but i still need the meaning of that prover.
till that time , here is some proverbs.
