Just saw your question! Well, I can answer you by "why not?!".
I've a first level in some European languages and now got interested in Asia languages including Urdu, Chinese, Korean and Japanese. Some other people like shopping, I never asked them why

Arigatou gozaimasu for these links. I started learning japanese last year and came across these videos, but didn't use them. Actually, I found the lessons are not suitable for new learners. There are better courses in youtube, especially for learners like me who're only interested in the spoken form of the language.

Hey, if anyone has good links for learning Korean, please send them to me kamsamnida!
Assalamu alayka Ksantina, どう致しまして。(You're welcome). I don't know if you're still around but have you checked "Let's Learn Japanese" series on the first post of this thread? They're most definitely suitable for new learners.

Yes, I know "nani = what", but I'm not sure when "de" is added and what difference does that make to the meaning. You could be right though.

I think that Nande is perhaps the slangy version of it.

It has already taken over your life
