salam wa céad míle fáilte, ya Sarah

Your translation samples are a little truncated, perhaps, and the use of 'ke' and 'manke' (instead of 'que' and 'manques') suggests that the writer has French or French-speaking Arab roots.

    I think that

    is better read as

That would give the following sense:

"One day, my dear, you will live with someone who you will love. You deserve your happiness and you deserve your loving tranquility. I wish that person to be me. Without grand pretensions (or 'great claims') on my part, I hope that I will have the chance (opportunity) to be. I swear before God that you will be my prince to whom I will dedicate the rest of my life."

    The second piece

Comment va tu tres cher? Ton message ma vraiment aimu. Tu me manke. (= tu me manques)

    gives the following sense:

"How are you, dear one? You message really pleased me. I miss you."
