    I'm crazy about the Syrian Arabic accent

    and i want to learn it online , any suggestions . IF i were single with less responsibilities i would have been happy to go for a course and stay a year or two in Syria , unfortunately i cant do it . thanks .

    If you know lots of Expressions post them on here . I know quite a bit as i watch the Syrian channel quite a lot . thanks .

    there's a syrian dictionary in the language section... haha and the best way to learn syrian is to speak it ........... or keep watching those shows........... or befriend some syrian and make them only speak in arabic when around you

    thank You for the Syrian Dictionary I will check it out

    I do watch the Syrian Channel every evening I must say they have achieved quite a bit in the cinema world . their movies are very interesting with plots that make sense , have a beginning and an end and quite often they are not predictable like Some movies . I tried to watch a Khalijee movie but i could not watch more than 10mns , too much screaming and too much violence towards the wife , and too much stupid behaviour too .

    i turned the other day to a Tunisian channel and I could not understand at all . (can you imagine for a north african like me ? Oops . tunisian sounded like a foreign language to me ).

    Tell me Bent Bladi , the expression Tekram 3ainak , does it mean Ok . i have heard it a few times in a Syrian series , and it sounded like OK ? thanks .

    tekram 3ainak = sure thing, okay, FO SHO!!

    synonyms in syrian: 3ala 3aini ou rassi, tekrami, tekram

    context clues!! they'll help u figure out almost everything

    Watch the Turkish soap operas doubled in Syrian dialect,
    with 200 episodes each, I garantee you'll be able to learn Syrian quickly!
