    What are the progresses made to improve ELT in Algeria?

    Hi everybody,
    Has anyone an idea about the subject?
    I looked for this on Google but all what I could find was the training schools ( which is already a great sign of progress).
    All suggestions are welcomed.

    By ELT do you mean English language teaching?

    Many years years ago I studied at "the british center". It was run by british ladies with many algerian teachers.
