    Can anybody please tell me the many different meanings of yak with some examples for me to understand...?
    and palestinian by the way...and love anything algerian inluding the lovely derja...

    I think yak means '...right?', or '...OK?', a word you stick on to the end of the sentence to indicate that you're pretty sure what you're saying is right, but not sure whether the hearer agrees, eg:

    matRuHsh lehnak, yak? Don't go over there, OK?
    beSSaH huwa xuk, yak? But he's your brother, right?

    It's equivalent to yexxi, which only men seem to use.

    That's the only meaning I can think of offhand. Hope it helps...

    Cool yak

    yak is an english word which you will not find in the dictionnarty cause it's a slang word it means horrible
    or beurk in another word
