How easy/ difficult was it to learn English ? Do you learn English at school in Algeria ? I must admit, in the UK, we're a lazy nation with languages. We have no excuse as we're all taught at least 2 other languages at school and we have foreign TV channels.
Not many Brits can speak a foreign language with any fluency
