    Just arrived from Algeria.

    Saha everyone

I just arrived few days from Algeria, and it was a wonderful trip for a lovely country. I didnt feel away from my country Egypt at all, as all the Algerian ppl I met were so friendly and supportive.
As I am studying the chances to establish a private biz, but I am facing a big problem which finding an English school or an international school for my kids. This is the only barrier which is keeping me.
French speaking might be a problem, but Iam going to learn French in order to communicate easily, plus, I will practice how to "haddar djezayri" in no time.
So, English schools are becoming a common problem for everyone looking to move to Algeria...any suggestions?

    Regards,
    7ooda

    An alien in Algiers

    salams everyone

Like many others i too will be moving to Algiers insha Allah but while I speak Arabic and English i dont speak any French. Ive just finished my Masters but both my Post- grad and Undergrad are in the social sciences and i understand its very difficult to get jobs in the fields of politics etc without the French. I know there are a few international NGO's out there but they are few and far between. Does anyone have any useful tips? id be eternally indebted to you!

    many thanks folks
