    What do you think of the name 'Ifticene' for a girl ? I just came up with it yesterday and asked my mom. She kinda laughed it off as a joke ...

    There is a name that has the same ring: Ibteesem or smile . It's usually spelled: Ibtiseme.

    The name has no meaning. However, I was insprised by Ibtissam and Ismahan and this other name that I forgot now.

    I just realize though (like lazzhar said) that its already being used as a last name ...
