Nice quote from the article:
". “L’Algérie klaha boubi. Boubi l’a mangée.

Ammi Ahcène a 81 ans.
I did not read all, but this one is a typical Algerian behaviour, CHAMPION DE PROVACATION

I should add that a Gouvernment that robs Peter to pay Paul, will always depend on Peter to have his budget ...:-) In other world he need more Peter then Paul

Ain't Ouyaya who brought us Brizidan?Originally posted by lePharon
Common Lazzhar - Perfect land, lots of capital, a lot to do, and with a bit of imagination ==> Lots of projects to be launched and keep everyone busy !
I thought Bouteflika was a genius ! Leave Mr. Ouyahia alone dude, take it with your brezident ! Or would you agree that he/Brezident is INCOMPETENT, and has the title only because he's CONVENIENT ?
He's the same one of those characters played once in Maraya by the syrian Yasser Al Aadama about a minister who was making sure to jump from a portfolio to another in each goverment but never accepted to be prime misister. When asked he always answer that a prime minister when he goes he will never come back... Same goes for Ouayay that's he won't accept to be a brizidan
