While there were no serious investigations that has taken place until today, we only take what we hear and read in the algerian press during those days as a source of information. On the other hand, as long as I can't give you proof that those "Escadrons" were raging you can't give any proof of the existance of other islamic groups. However I've heard many political personalities speaking about them like Louiza Hanoune among others.
