Is it true they found dinosaur fossils in the Algerian Sahara or am I just imagining things?

If you're talking of a recent discovery it hasn't come onto my radar yet, ya Yazou, but if you mean 'have they ever been found in the Algerian Sahara?' then the answer is yes - meet, for example, Carcharodontosaurus saharicus

and yes, it is true they have been there. How else can you find complete skeletons sometimes fully intact bones (measurable Carbon atoms etc etc.)

How come the 'Northern Part' of the Sahara is seen as belonging to Morocco? Can anyone explain?
In the Qur'an, Allah says:
"When My servants ask about Me, I am indeed close to them. I listen to the prayer of every supplicant, when he calls on Me.
Let them also, with a will, listen to My call, and believe in Me, so that they may walk in the right way" (Qur'an 2:186).
