Here's another beauty of a phrase 'forgiveness is for the forgiver', and with that, be careful to forgive otherwise you will end up having irrational hatred to people who weren't involved, but were just born in the wrong place, or brought up a certain religion.

And lastly, many Palestinians (I only watched a programme but it was something i did not really realise) do not see the conflict as a religious one, it was just a group of people, who chucked off a different group of people from their land. So bringing religion into it is wrong, because that is not it. For example, if all the Palestinians became Jewish, they still wouldnt get their land back, they would still be seen as Palestinians, seperate from Israelis.

I do tend to have to end a fair few of my posts this way but.... I am sorry if I offended anyone with this, I did not intend to, I was just giving an answer and my opinion although it is unfortunately far too simplistic, which I admit.
No offense at all, I needed clarification of your comments and believe it or not, I still have not understood your point yet, forgive my slowiness My point was certain people, because of what they do to others, do not deserve to be forgiven, they need to pay for their evil actions. I was referring to Israel as a government inflicting pain to Palestine people.

So once again its not neccessarily your place to forgive, unless you are Palestinian. And its not really a case of deserving to be forgiven or not either, as I don't think Israel really care if you, or the Palestinian people, forgive them. Thus, forgiveness IS for the forgiver, and perhaps the forgiver only, as if you carry hate, anger and disdain with you, you will just make all your thoughts turn to this. I think as we all know, God will judge and He will give the justice that He thinks appropriate.

    Once again, no offence meant.
