Use of inclusive minutes on mobile phone

Hi All

Is anyone aware of any access numbers used to call Algeria from the UK via their Mobile phone?

Im currently using my landline but it's costing me a small fortune, even though it's 8p per minute, it soon adds up to £70-80 per month.

So im trying to surce a company who's offering an access number in-order for me to use my all inclusive free minutes that i have on my mobile each month.

They exsist but so far to no avail.

there are companies that can hook you up... i don't know much about those but i personally like to use calling cards =)
