Movies and Romance under the stars
What about going out, grap a chair and a blanket,go to the Frank Sinatra park, lay on the green grass or sit on the chair. Admire the panoramic view on manhattan,GW bridge in the left and Hudson river bridge in the right with Empire State Building in the middle. listen to Hanini waiting for the movie...
People are here and there, the stars in the sky and the man in the moon. It's 9PM..The screen is on and the movie starts.."The Drama of the Pianist" up.Get your snack, French bread with ham and Salami,Mix with vanilla Cook.
Get your peanuts..Watch the movie, and admire the stars from time to time..
The End of the movie..Screen off and the stars still on..and your heart starts to go on and on......
Cheers!!!

Dear Leo,
A brilliant and delightful proposal!!! Here we have also the outdoor movie series in the park...( One of the state's few redeeming qualities..! ) Very enjoyable indeed...Also nice is the music under the stars with the NC symphony. Yum!
Take care,
Addison

Hi Addison,
You also have the Outer banks, no? I have always wanted to visit there. Also, your state is home to Littleton, North Carolina, where I believe David Lynch filmed Blue Velvet ages ago -- I actually visited there against my will (long story) and found it amazing bland -- hard to imagine Isabel Rosselini setting foot there - ha ha.
take care,
Xerxes

Whazzit Izzat?
Izzat you are kooky bizarro -- speaking of movies, have you seen the one called Hideous Kinky about an anglo woman in Morocco -- I think its based on a true story -- can be found in any video store -- played by that actress who was in the Titanic, but she's better in this one. WATCH IT and get back to us with your opinion if its acurate portrayal of life in your pays. Thats your assignment should you wish to take it Charlie's angel...
Cheers weirdo!
Leo, dont take this wacko Izzat too seriously -- he's high as a kite, seems me.

Dear Xerxes,
Ya, you are right; Outer Banks is very nice...Actually, I prefer Manteo, and of course Kitty Hawk has a special place in history...Long ago, I went lighthouse hopping down the coast from VA to Ocracoke and stayed next to the light houses. It was sonderful. I went in Ocotber when the weather is cold and unpredictable. It was fantastic.
I did not realize that "Blue Velvet " was filmed here. I cannot believe that Ms Rosselini would even step foot in this state. Perhaps it was her blind devotion to her then lover David Lynch...
Must be off now..Off to work...Hope you all have a nice weekend...
Best regards,
Addison
