This boss is just confusing himself
He takes a day of work to be exactly 24 hours, not right!
There is 24 hours per day, or the boss is wrong?

The poor guy still wants a day off, with the 30 minutes break and the 16 hours off to sleep etc so it's not exactly 24 hours but 7.5 .. whereas the boss assumed it was.
When he says we are closed for holiday, or when he is counting days off sick etc he's not taking the time off plus breaks into consideration!! Hence he's counting them as 24-hr days!
I'm getting confused now..

If you concentrate on the day and 24h or not, you will not get close you sgould look to the way he calculate the in and out days

How is this correct mathematically anyway?so just have 91 day remaining for doing your job
everyday you take 30 min of break, for coffees and stupid stuff, this make an other total of 69 days
1/2 hr x 91 days equivalent to 45 hrs and 1/2 (less than 2 days)
