I heard that a few years ago. I was told this helped'em not loose concentration or smth similar...

I guess it's a way of exercising the brain, use it or lose it kinda thing. True that when you challenge your brain daily you decrease the risk of dementia and the earlier you start the better! But that's for ppl who never use their brains anyway

Here is a preventative step for you then, this is not hard:
A chauffeur always arrives at the train station at five o'clock sharp to pick up his boss and drive him home. One day, the boss arrives an hour early, starts walking home, and is eventually picked up. He is home 20 minutes earlier than usual. How long did the boss walk before he was picked up by the chauffeur?
