I am seeking help with finding a friend who i have lost touch with.

He is in Algiers. I am in London. I have his name, date of birth and previous address in Algiers.

Can anyone suggest a way of tracing his current whereabouts in Algeirs? I plan to visit in November if i cannot find him by this method. Can anyone suggest where i should start when i get there?

Any help would be very gratefully received.
