Foreigner in Bethioua

I am a 26 years old Singaporean working in the sleepy town of Bethioua, Oran and have been so for the past 18 months or so. Sad to say, after some time here, I have not yet had the fortune of meeting any ladies who are able to converse in English (I can only speak lousy French and minimal Arabic).
