Trying to locate a missed Penpal!!!

Hello!
My name is Tricia, and I am asking for the help of anyone & everyone who can help me locate an old penfriend of mines, His name is Mustapha Keddar, he's from Algeria, I can't remember his address by heart, but I do know that he lives not to far from the capital, his Address goes something like this,#152 Rue de Bessa (W) Tipaz, His father has a small car repair shop and a brother and sister, I will try to locate the correct address soon, I last heard from him 10 years ago, But I kept sending mail to him and none never did returned back to me, Then the country had a number of civil conflicts and I got the funny feeling that he had died,My mother also tried to convince me he did, but I still wrote to him, and never got back a reply, I even wrote his mother and his best friend and still no luck, He is always in my thoughts and I just need to know what has happened to my good friend, I kept praying that he's okay, it's all that I have to hold on to, but I need help in finding him or to has some information about him and his wereabouts, He was to attend the University of Bilinda, in October of 1991, but then he just stopped writing to me, It was about the same time the conflicts got started and that was the end of out written friendship, but by the graces of the use of the internet, I can find some kind of information about him, So I am asking with all of my energy, to please help me to locate him, I dont care if he's dead or alive, I just want to know what happened to him and his family,I know 10 years is a long time, but I am one of those diehard who still believe in miracles, So Please,please,please,please,please help me! Hello Tricia,

There is nothing worse than losing contact with someone you have come to know and care about. I know someone whom i can ask about your friend he may or may not know him or if he is still around. I will ask him for you because you care enough to still want to know what happened to your friend. I will let you know in a day or two if he knows of him but Algeria is so big and there are so many people in Tipiza. I am just back home from there, i was there on holidays for a few weeks and i hope to go back again next year it is a wonderful country the parts i saw. My husband is from there so we hope to make it a yearly trip at least. Anyway i shall stop rabbiting on. I will let you know if i find out anything.
