but i was in luxembourg and brussels a month ago and i found them intereseted to.

Anka - i do apologise- i didn't mean to offend you in any way - your right of course there are lawyers everywhere! LOL
You won't find many british solicitors on here let alone barristers - unless they are not practising! LOL - many of them do not have access to the internet at their work places - firms usually give access to only senior partners.
Sorry i'm not a solicitor, barrister, lawyer, advocate, commissioner for oaths or attonery general either!
Samir - case law maybe different but still the judge needs to bear in mind EU directives etc etc. The money isn't all that great until you have many years of experience or work in the City firms. Media, libel and stuff like that can pay handsomely though.

For the judje to interpret the law or even to make legilation(by the parliment) it has to fit with some agreements because UK is bound by many conventions such as the European Convention on Human Rights.
