I'm a young Algerian livin' in South London.

Good point . The Algerian community in London is nowhere near as strong as those in countries like France and Canada.

Probably due to the small number of descent Algerians actually living in London .

Aswell as the lack of social events made available for Algerians to get together, and actually form a proper community.

I personally think this is a very good idea. I am sure there are plenty of Algerians to form a town in London not only a community

That's true, huge community, every train or bus I take, every shopping centre I go to, I am bound to hear Algerians talk or drink coffee...I never speak to them though! I do have fun listening though they can never guess am Algerian, so I have a lot fun with that
