Holidays in Algeria !

Salam everybody.
Im thinking of going to Algiers this summer with my wife.
would love some ideas of best places to stay in ( nice hotels, beaches, ... etc )

You can stay at the Sheraton in Club des Pins for a start and then visit the sights. They can arrange a guide tour for you .If you want to go solo, Club des Pins, Sidi Ferruch at night for the live concerts, Zeralda, Moretti, Alger Plage, Zemmouri, etc..Dar diaf in Cheraga for a nice lunch on the terrace, Moulin de mougin for lunch or dinner. Sofitel hotel for a barbecue by the pool. Hilton to look at the marina. La Casbah, rot shar, bab azzoun for getting some souvenirs, La picherie for the catch of the day for lunch. Le tombeau de la Chretienne Tipaza , La Cornish d'or, les ruines, Makam eshahid etc.etc.

hey there

the only bad point bout the sheraton club des pins.... its prices.... 250 $ just for one night, this is crazy!!!!

but anyway its a very nice place..... takin the car and goin out of algiers direction of boumerdes to aïn taya, a nice little village where in the evening the sight on algiers is amazing!!

and the beaches east of boumerdes are reaaaallly nice too....

well, altough i have to admit that it is most probably not very good goin there now after all these horrible days of earthquakes....
