hey Nouha, I can definitely assure you that Toronto is not plagued by Algerians, I've been living here since I am 10 years old and I have yet to meet one Algerian face to face and I grew up in quite the multicultural neighbourhood... i know they're out there in Montreal but I don't to Montreal too often so I have not met one there either... Is there any particular Algerian hood in Montreal???

Algerians are everywhere in Montreal. In the neighborhood i usually stay in (East Montreal, border of Anjou, metro stations: Radisson, Cadillac, Longelier, etc..) they just run the place. If you go late at night the metro (subway) station, you'll find it all Algerians. Jean-Talon has a lot too. I know like 2 Algerian families in Toronto and like 1 in London.

Actually I am an Algerian woman in Canada, I live in Ottawa, there are not too too many Algerians here but there are definitely tons in Montreal. You should go for a visit, you will see many of them.

I think we have something in common, my father is from Algeria (near Jijel) and my mother is from Holland. So I am an Algerian mix as well although I know nothing of Holland because my dad raised me!
