I think this has been said before, and apologies for the repetition, but in every community, there are people who set up marriages, who know suitable would ~be spouses, and who should be able sought out if a Muslim/Muslimah wants to marry.

If it does not work through your family then approach friends, friends' parents, imams of mosques, marriage services, etc.

You do need to be pro~active brother, whilst praying Salat Al Istikhara and be patient.

I cannot provide a better conclusion providing you with this du’aa to memorise

"Rabana hablana min azawjina wa dhuriatina kurata ahyun' wa'ja alna lil mutaqeena imama"

And the translation is :

"O Lord, grant us from our spouses and offspring a joy for our eyes, and make us leaders of the god-fearing.”

As for the above supplication, I cannot seem to find its Arabic text. But if you can read Arabic, then I’m sure you can write to perhaps ?
