    Is his life or his health in danger if being in the country?
    did he pay any visit since he left in 1999?

    he's been several times in Dz last year.
    But how could he manage a party and think he'd become a preseident of a country he doesn't live in???

    i would never retyrn to algeria if i was him , he should've got a french or a a swiss citizenship in 1963, i would if i was him.
