    He's a Kaffir and we know that but we need to flog the one who gave it to him, probably the standing next to him.

    In matters of creed there is no such kindness/shyness/peace, there are stricter rules to be followed and ALLAH SWT stated clearly in the Quran that the Musshaf is not to be touched by anyone but the clean/pure (Muttaharoon) even the Muslim on Janaba is not allowed to touch it and this is Najassa Ma3nawiya so let alone Al-Najassa Hissiya!
